We want your advertising with us to succeed and go above and beyond what any other company will offer you in terms of service and link backs for your return on investment.We offer the following service for article submission.

  1. Up to 5 hours in one week promotion of the article via our social networks and blog comments system.
  2. Each article can receive up to 350 back links from social media networks via our unique posting system.
  3. A back link and 25 word bio from the company or person that submits the blog article.
  4. SEO title and interior keyword re-writing additions if required, to allow your article to be indexed well on search engines.
  5. Our fee is per blog, we do not offer discounts unless you require multiple articles of 3 or more.

Sponsored Articles £99 per year

You can also sponsor any (non client or guest post) existing article on our site. Choose the article which most fits your business and we will place a text link or all banner at the bottom linking back to your site with the words “This post was sponsored by…”

We Write A Blog For You- £189-permanent

Not confident enough to submit your own article? We offer you the opportunity to write the article on your behalf and host it on our site. Choose the keywords you want within and we will base the article around them. Many of our blogs have hit the top spots on Google and already rank well.

Our blogs are consistently recycled via our systems so they are seen at least once a month via our social channels. So far this has resulted in a 40% uplift in readership of our older existing articles. Achieve cost effective brand awareness via our social channels and highly regarded blog.

  1. Choose an article subject that fits with your brand or message.
  2. Articles will be posted when you have paid the fee.
  3. A back link to your company/ web site is provided.

Keyword Linking- £129 annual

You choose what keywords to host within an existing blog. Keywords remain for 12 months and are paid for on a per blog, per keyword set basis. ( One set per blog.) The keywords are auto linked to the chosen page of your site. The link back sit in the background behind the keywords chosen on the blog where that specific combination of words appears. Example: You may want the words “home insurance” within our article to link back to www.yourinsurancewebpage.com.

Blog Roll Linking- £99 annual

These links sit in the blog roll on the sidebar of the  “our blog” section and in the side bar of a whole blog is page. They are shown permanently until the agreed date expires. Minimum of 12 months for blog roll linking.

We do not offer any form of free back linking.

Details For Banner Ads £99 or £249 per month

Ad sizes: 300 x 250 – 20K 125 x 125 – 15K GIF or JPG file, no animation. All advertising is shown on the blog pages only. This is of benefit to the advertiser as they are our most viewed pages.

  • Ads will be inserted / changed on the first day of each month.
  • Customer supplied artwork must adhere to any and all trademark and copyright laws.
  • Advertiser branding, i.e. logo or name, must appear on all advertising banners.
  • Advertising is sold on a first come, first served basis.
  • Advertising to be furnished by the advertiser.
  • A maximum of 2 advertisers will share any one banner space at any time.
  • Ad changes: must be approved first at www.mypropertymentor.co.uk.
  • Label an ad as “Advertisement” if it cannot be easily distinguished from content.

    • Our Main Advertising Policies

    1. All ads are not subject to VAT, the price on the page is what we charge.
    2. Minimum billing periods apply, billed in advance.
    3. We accept payment via Paypal or direct Bacs / internet payments.
    4. We cannot guarantee the success of your advertising on the site.
    5. All ads/ partners are vetted and approved by My Property Mentor.
    6. We only accept advertising companies/individuals promoting property/business/finance/landlord/tenant related.
    7. We stipulate that products and/or services advertised by external organisations on the mypropertymentor.co.uk website are in no way endorsed by mypropertymentor.co.uk
    8. Reserve the right to terminate advertising at any time for any reason.
    9. We do not allow any advertising on the Home page.
    10. Paypal payments will incur a 3.5% charge to cover the extra costs of processing via Paypal.
    11. All advertising must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of publication.

    mypropertymentor.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any advertising on the basis of editorial discretion.
